If you own a HONDA, Chevrolet or KIA, you probably already know my son Ken and myself. Your friendship, trust and loyalty have always meant a lot to us, as well as you putting up with my ugly ties!

 

Now, with TC FAMILY AUTO CARE open, the bar for "service" has truly been raised. As customers of other businesses ourselves, it's too often seems like we're taken for granted. How about those uncomfortable, claustrophobic waiting areas shoved off in a corner as if an afterthought? Bills Corner

Hey! You jump in your car, you have 15 minutes to pick up the kids, and surprise! Your car won't come out of "Park." You're not going anywhere. It's frightening, isn't it! It can happen, and it will never be at a good time. This is a common phone call for us, so let's do a pre-emptive strike. Grab you owner's manual when you have a couple spare minutes, and read with me. Every vehicle now has a shift-interlock system, to prevent the gearshift from coming out of "park" without the brake pedal being depressed first. Every vehicle also has a manual "override." Your manual will walk you through removing a small piece of trim near the gearshift (whether column mounted or on the console), inserting your key to trip a mechanical release allowing you to move the shift lever one time. 10,000 Mile Safety Inspection Included with any other Service

 

Vehicle manufacturers typically recommend a safety inspection every 10,000 miles or every other oil change. This includes a comprehensive visual inspection of suspension, exhaust, tires, lights, wipers, brake life remaining, and more. TC Family Auto Care cares about our clients and their vehicles, so we'll provide this service during EVERY visit at no charge.
